Software VAR agreement

An agreement between a software supplier and a value-added reseller of that supplier's products, drafted from the supplier's point of view and makes provision for a EULA or other mandatory flow down of supplier terms to end users. The agreement could be used where the VAR incorporates the supplier software within its own products or offers wrap around services, for example installation or support.
