Practical Law UK Standard Document 0-506-5053 (Approx. 5 pages)

Stop notice, issued by a local planning authority, prohibiting the carrying out of activities on land, which are in breach of planning control and subject to a planning enforcement notice.
This model stop notice is based on the appendix to Annex 3 of Circular 10/97: enforcing planning control and the model notice in Planning Practice Guidance: ensuring effective enforcement.
