This table contains summaries of decisions under Article 101 and/or Article 102 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (formerly Article 81 and/or 82 of the EC Treaty) and in relation to sector inquiries under Regulation 1/2003 announced by the European Commission since the Practical Law EU Competition service was launched in June 2003.
This table does not include a comprehensive list of infringement decisions in relation to illegal cartels. Summaries of all cartel decisions since 2000 are contained in .
Following the entry into force of the Lisbon Treaty on 1 December 2009, Article 81 and Article 82 of the EC Treaty have become respectively Article 101 and Article 102 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU). This renumbering will be progressively introduced into this table as new cases are added, but references to the old numbering will remain in cases completed prior to 1 December 2009.
