This article examines certain issues of jurisdiction in proceedings where a class of claimants brings a claim against one or more defendants and where the courts of more than one EU member state are involved. In particular, this article addresses the lis pendens/related actions issue and the Torpedo issue in relation to parallel multi-party claims.
