Discrimination

Under the Equality Act 2010 (EqA 2010), in Great Britain it is potentially unlawful to discriminate in relation to the protected characteristics of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation.
