Uniform Rules for Demand Guarantees (URDG)

An international set of rules produced by the International Chamber of Commerce governing the rights and obligations of parties under on-demand bonds, referred to in these rules as demand guarantees. The rules apply if the parties to an on-demand bond expressly incorporate them.
