Final tender

The final stage in a procurement run using the Competitive Dialogue Procedure. Once a public body has identified its requirements through its dialogue with bidders, it must inform all bidders in the procurement that the dialogue is closed. It should then ask them to submit a final tender containing full details of how they will meet the public body’s requirements and at what cost.
