A court procedure for the resolution of civil disputes usually used for cases over £25,000 for claims issued before 1 October 2023 (Old CPR 26.6(6)).and over £100,000 for claims issued on or after 1 October 2023 (CPR 26.9(10)) which are not straightforward.
