In Gibraltar (UK) Ltd and another v Viovet Ltd [2024] EWHC 777 (Ch), the High Court ruled on a preliminary issue regarding whether advertisements comparing own brand and branded veterinary products were to be understood as only comparing price or also (by implication) comparing other features, including in particular the relevant products' quality or efficacy.
