Cybersecurity: European Parliament adopts Cyber Resilience Act at first reading

The European Parliament, on 12 March 2024, formally adopted its first reading position on the proposal for a Regulation on horizontal cybersecurity requirements for products with digital elements and amending Regulation (EU) 2019/1020 (Cyber Resilience Act). This paves the way for the Council of the EU to adopt the same text at an upcoming meeting.
