Court grants non-party access to documents under CPR 5.4C for use in arbitral disciplinary proceedings (English Commercial Court)

In The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators v B and others [2019] EWHC 460 (Comm), the English Commercial Court allowed, in part, an application under CPR 5.4C(2) to obtain copies of documents used in proceedings to remove an arbitrator and allowed, in part, declarations relating to the documents.
