A table summarising binding commitments accepted by the European Commission under Article 9 of Regulation 1/2003 (the Modernisation Regulation) from parties suspected of having breached EU competition law. To date, the Commission has accepted commitments in 43 cases and rejected commitments offered in one case (see : comparison shopping). The Commission has imposed fines for non-compliance with binding commitments in one case, in 2013 (see ).
