Commission adopts new vertical agreements block exemption regulation and Guidelines on vertical restraints

On 10 May 2022, the European Commission published revised vertical agreements block exemption regulation (VBER), and accompanying updated Guidelines on vertical restraints, to replace Regulation 330/2010 and its accompanying guidelines. The new VBER will enter into force on 1 June 2022.
