Civil Justice Council reopens costs consultation following Court of Appeal's decision in Belsner

In light of the Court of Appeal's decision in Belsner v Cam Legal Services Ltd [2022] EWCA Civ 1387, the Civil Justice Council has decided to reopen its consultation on costs for the sole purpose of allowing further comment on the implications of Belsner.
This further consultation will run for four weeks until Thursday 15 December 2022 at 12.00 noon.
