Paris Court of Appeal suspends proceedings to set aside final award pending French Court of Cassation decision on enforcement of partial award

In Heirs to the Sultanate of Sulu v Malaysia, Paris Court of Appeal, Pôle 5, Chambre 16, No RG 22/04007, the Paris Court of Appeal ordered the suspension of set-aside proceedings initiated against the final award rendered in the dispute between the Heirs of the Sultan of Sulu and Malaysia, pending a decision of the French Court of Cassation in award enforcement proceedings issued in relation to the same arbitration proceedings.
